We been slammed since we came back from avn and internext. I’ll talk about our experiences with conventions in the next article. Lately I been on  the computer more than anything else. Donny decided lets spend Christmas in Big Bear so we packed up and headed out. The drive seem so long and rough there was snow and icy roads. We finally made it, we stayed in a very cozy cabin with a pretty fireplace. Its was Christmas eve that day and Donny wanted to go skiing I wasn’t really excited about it, I have a bad back and I fall snowboarding a lot so I can hurt myself pretty bad but I went anyways for him. I decided to try skiing for the first time, it was pretty tough for me at first but Donny was a great teacher and being very patient with me so theres no way I could just give up. I finally got the hang of it and had a blast. After hours of skiing we went driving around site seeing for awhile there was snow everywhere it was so pretty. We stopped at a restaurant to eat then headed back to our cabin to relax. We got the fire started cuddled up and watched tv for the rest of the night.

Around 11:30 pm I decided to do gift exchange. I waited for Donny to go to the bathroom so I can set his gifts on the bed he came back saw the gifts and smiled then ran to the car and came back with my gifts. We opened our gifts. Ok since June I have been getting someone charging bills to my bank account. I couldn’t figure it out for a while but now we got all the proof and are going to post this. We did a lot of investigating on where and who was charging these things to my bank account and Kenzi Maria’s name was on this as well.

Well now comes time for the whole story enjoy. I always thought kevin was a really nice guy until it came down to him manning up.

Rebecca Linares was booked through type9models.com to do a DP Gangbang shoot with Byron Long, Jay Ashley, and Scott lions. She came to set went into makeup and came out saying she couldn’t work with one of the guys, Byron Long because he was to big. I asked her if she knew that she was working with him before she came to set and she said yes. WTF?

   So I asked her how is he to big when you did a anal scene with me over a year ago and he is no bigger than I am? I knew that something was going on right then and that her ass must have been sore.

   This was a big production and a whole day thing and she knew this. My 2 clients were here at the studo from Arizona and she knew this. They were filming BTS of everything that went on. So she agreed to do the scenes after I had given her the option to pay Byron’s kill fee and replace him. We got through all the stills and a little of the video and she was sore. We had then agreed that Byron was no longer to do any anal what so ever with her and she agreed.

   Now she couldn’t take anymore dick because she was sore and we had to can the scene. No one was mad at her or rude to her or anything and it was agreed that she would come back and do the shoot the following week after we had spoken to kevin at type9 and he had informed us that she needed time to recover because she had just seen the doctor for her sore asshole. It was agreed when she came back to finish the shoot all kill fee’s would come out of the 2400.00 she was suppose to get for the shoot. “SHE AGGRED” The male talent and her were rebooked for the next week before they even left the set.

The morning she was suppose to come back I get a phone call as she is suppose to be arriving from Kevin saying that she doesn’t feel good and she doesn’t want to finish the shoot. So I then tell kevin she needs to pay more kill fee’s and we will rebook this again for Tuesday of next week. Kevin aggres and the night before the shoot I call to confirm everything and Kevin said he didn’t know it was rebooked WTF? He admits guilt on this and says its his fault.

So now kevin calls me back saying she just doesn’t want to finish the shoot. I tell him if she doesn’t come back that he needs to pay 3 days worth of kills for the talent and make up and my production company and studios time. This is why I pay a agent money for bringing a girl to my set and this is why he holds her checks to make sure we get paid no? He says yes no problem and we will have to come up with a number. I lost over 6k if you count in my production companies’ time and studios time and kill fee’s but we were going to make this number realistic so we would get paid. I told kevin lets make it 1600 and I would call it a loss. He agreed this was reasonable and said he would talk to the cunt whore. A week and a half went by of us chasing money from him and him giving us the run around. I got mad and tired of chasing him and put my foot down and said I will come to your office right now write me a check and his response was DON’T WORRY I WILL MAKE SURE YOU GET PAID AND THAT WE HAVE A LOT OF HER CHECKS COMING IN AND TO JUST CHILL TILL HE IS DONE WITH IT.

A couple days later after having to chase him some more he says he talked to her and that now she wants something signed saying we will not use the content we did get, basically the BEHIND THE SCENES. I said no problem and drew something up saying if we get paid immediately we will not use the content. Now this was not part of what kevin had said in the beginning and I should not have had to do this but we did. Now we get a call from him saying she doesn’t want to pay it and my response is I don’t care you as her agent told me YOU would pay us but whatever Kevin is a liar. He asked me to come in and sit with Rebecca and him in his office and work this out. My response is it’s not my job to handle your whores it’s your job and that it would be a waist of time arguing with this whore when he already did and he couldn’t get anywhere. He insists on this or we are not going to get our money.

I bring my girl friend in as a witness and go to his office and me and her argue back and forth and back and forth. She claims she didn’t want to come back because of a argument that she had with Karen on the set and that Karen was rude to her. This is now a total bullshit excuse and I have video and witnesses to prove it and even Kevin in front of me and her said he didn’t think Karen would do that.

 She doesn’t want to pay the kill fees and thinks its my fault for her ass being sore and she should be compensated for her dumb ass taking a scene she couldn’t do when she was sore and flaking and wasting our time. At this point I tell her in a nice way I will get my money either way and recover my losses but I am trying to do it without making her look bad in the public and bashing her with the truth all over the press. She is a cunt whore that doesn’t care and tells me she is not paying a penny. I get up and walk out after enough of her cunt whore mouth.     

I call kevin and tell him on top of me selling the content and bashing her all over the net he should still pay some kind of kill fee to us as a agent out of his pocket and that we pay him to protect us from girls doing this to us.
