So I normally don’t write much about my personal life outside the studio and Production Company and the shoot I do here but fuck it. I have been painting and doing many upgrades here at the studio the last couple days. After working on the studio I have been hitting the bars a little. I had a little war of the words with a guy by the name of Marco P a while back on one of the boards. He shoots content like me and some friends of mine have been working for him. He and I had some words on messenger as well and one day I call a agency to hire a girl and he answers the phone. Me and him had a chat and made nice. Turns out he lives right behind some bars I like to go to in
Another thing that happened this weekend was I had sent my guy to home depot to buy some tile with my credit card and he calls me up telling me they checked his id in the self check out line WTF. I get on the phone with the manager and explain who I was because they all know me there and that he was ok to use my card. They were not having it because the person I spoke with was a Mexican girl and the regular manager was not there. I rush down there and as soon as I walk in she knew who I was. There was a spanish couple in line with about 6 kids yelling in Spanish and I told the lady come on look at my worker he is white WTF he does not look like an illegal immigrant. She was spanish and didn’t like that comment of Corse but fuck her. She said they had caught 4 people that day with stolen credit cards. I said if a single one of them were white I will give you 100 dollars cash right now. She couldn’t reply. I am not normally one to be racist or judge people but come on these illegal immigrants at home depot everywhere get annoying. Here is the best part of the story. I and my guy were walking outside to load the car and this old lady pulls up about 70 years old rolls down her window and asked us if we knew where there was another home depot. She said that she was scared to go inside this one or even get out of her car. He and I both assured her it was not that bad and it was safe. We really felt bad for her. She refused and went on to tell us about how she had got car jacked and robbed at another home depot like that one. Sometimes I really hate CA for these types of things.
The crazy Asian girl I have been seeing for almost 2 months now on and off is driving me up the wall. I ignore her calls and tell her I am done with her craziness and don’t need it in my life anymore and then 3 days later she calls me and we end up meeting up again. Last night she came over at

Not being funny Donny, but your hired hand was breaking the law trying to use your credit card, even if he had your permission, its still fraud. The store was damn right to call you and then refuse you to allow him to make the purchase using your card. If your card really had been stolen and they had done what you are suggesting, and just allowed a purchase because they know you are regular and this is typical of your behaviour. You would have been incandescent and would probably have sued everyone in the book. And for a guy who claims he is not racist, not that I particularly care whether you are or not, you sure sound like one to me.

here is what you are not seeing they know me and my guy. The girl is just a complete moron that half can even speak english. Also its only fraud if I say its fraud. If the card is not stolen its not fraud look it up.

A credit card is the property of the issuing bank. and subject to the issuing banks regulations. If someone other than the legitimate signatory of a credit card, the person whom the bank issued the card to tries to make a purchase using said credit card, by signing a signature that is not theirs, then that is fraud. The fact that you have not reported the card stolen, or you have given permission for them to do so is neither here nor there and means nothing.
I don’t need to look that up to be able to tell you this. If you don’t believe me, check with your bank and every other bank on this planet. The clerk was doing her job and doing it correctly. Your bitching because you were inconvenienced.
I am sure they know you and your man and you are long time customers. But if they knowingly allow your man to sign for a credit card bill that does not belong to him then they are also committing a crime.
Like I said if your card really had been stolen, you would have rained forth shit like one could only imagine. Incidentally mate, its not the smartest move letting your hired hand make purchases with your credit card. Even if you do trust the guy like a brother and he has no reason. Why ever give someone a chance to fuck you over??

No again your wrong if the person has the pin and does not need to sign then its not a crime. Also who i trust is my choices. People know not to fuck me.

Who told you that??. If the card is issued on your name, and someone else uses it. That person is committing fraud. No debating, no analysing, no Donny long interpretation. End of fucking story.
Who you trust is totally up to you. But don’t assume people know better than to fuck you over. They will do it just because they are stupid enough to. Why give some the chance in the first place.
